Charlotte Francis Rauscher

Charlotte F. Rauscher, 88, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at Legend Oaks Nursing Home in Ennis, TX. She was born to Martin and Ernestine Hoff on June 2, 1924 in Chicago, IL. Charlotte married Joseph Rauscher on January 11, 1945 in Chicago. She is a lifetime member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include three daughters, Kathleen Warren of Belvidere, IL, Joan Kehe and her husband Steven of Belvidere, IL, Linda Kehe and her husband Jim of Newberg, Oregon; one son, John Rauscher and his wife Mary Lou of Waxahachie, TX; one sister, Dorothy Kaifish of Evansville, WI; thirteen grandchildren and thirty-six great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rauscher; four sisters, Myrtle Herman, Alice Rauscher, Eleanor Gaspers and Mildred Nowack. Friends may call at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, 3369 Mariner Boulevard, Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, with a prayer service taking place at 7:00 pm. Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Friday, October 26, 2012 at 11:00 am, with Monsignor James Flemming as Celebrant. Interment to follow at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, with Deacon Gregorio Lugo officiating.
