Earl T. Cline

Cline, Earl T., 78, passed away July 7, 2017. He was born in Camden, New Jersey, to Alfred and Catherine (Eckman) Cline. As a young man he enlisted in the Navy, rising in the ranks and earning a commission. He made the Navy a career, retiring as a full Commander. During his career he served aboard the USS Randolph (CVS15) and USS Intrepid (CV11). He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, and worked as chairman of the USS Randolph (CVS15) Reunion Association. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Gloria, daughter, Michele Wicks and her husband, Jeff, son Thomas Cline and his wife, Carrie, and Stephen Cline and his wife, Sharon, sister, Grace, and brothers Francis and Alfred Cline. His grandchildren include Nicole Wicks, Jeffrey Wicks, Tyler Cline, Morgan Cline, and Joseph Gabrielli. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Earl's name be made to the USS Randolph Reunion Association c/o Sal Rizza, 1720 Sandy Ct., Merritt Island, FL 32952.
