ELIGIO RIVERA RIVERA

RIVERA, ELIGIO RIVERA, 88, of Spring Hill, passed away on April 28, 2014. He was born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, the son of Elias and Juana Rivera. He was a retired accountant for a cosmetic company and an Army veteran. He enjoyed reading and watching TV, and especially going to the mall. Eligio is survived by his wife of 67 years, Gloria Frontanez Rivera; six daughters, Rosalina, Aracelis, Betty, Gloria, Margarita and Annie; two sons, Radames and Benjamin; his brother Radames; 20 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Eligio Jr. The family will receive friends at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, 3369 Mariner Boulevard, Spring Hill, on Thursday, May 1, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Edison Bernavas at noon. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
