JOHN EARLY

EARLY, JOHN W. JR. 79, of Brooksville, Florida and Mancelona, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at HPH Hospice Care Center. He was born in Detroit, graduated from GMI Flint with a mechanical engineer degree, and retired after 34 years at General Motors Hydramatic Willow Run Plant as a supervisor of transmission production. He was an Army veteran and past member of the Masonic Lodge in Garden City, MI. John is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ingrid, four children and their wives, John and Debbie Early; Terry and Rhonda Early, Ken and Debbie Early, Jeffery and Luanne Early; grandchildren, John Paul (Meghan), Christopher, Terry (Laura), Jennifer Marshall (Robert), Melissa Kelly (Mat), Kevin, Ryan, Breanna, and Brayden; great grandchildren, Karlie Ann Marshall and Brian Early. He was step-grandfather to Aaron Telep, Christopher Telep (Christie); great step-grandfather to Caelen Telep and Zachary Telep. John is also survived by his brother Bob Early (Gayle), his sister, Dorothy Houston (Bill). He was also uncle to several nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his brothers, David and Duane, his sister-in-law, Sandy, and great granddaughter, Abby Rose Marshall. There are no services scheduled at this time.
