Laura Ann Smith

Laura Ann Smith, 56, of Spring Hill Florida passed away on January 30^th, 2024, at Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill. Laura was surrounded by family and close friends. She was born in Norwood, Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 1983 where she graduated from High School. Laura also lived in Delta Colorado for a period before moving back to Florida.

Laura was an RN Clinical Nurse coordinator at Citrus Park Freestanding ED at the time of her passing. Prior to that, she was an EMT and did a stint as a remote duty Medic in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Laura’s family members describe her as a woman with a big heart who would do anything for the people she loved. Her family members, and all those she touched, will miss her greatly.

Laura was predeceased by her parents, Chauncy Smith, and Selma Francis Smith. She is survived by her Aunt Marion Proctor, Uncle Aubrey Smith, and many cousins. We will hold a celebration of life for Laura on February 10, 2024, at 2:00PM 14112 Barlington St, Spring Hill Florida 34609.
