Mary J Lessard

Mary J. Lessard, originally from AuSable Chasm, New York passed away on March 4^th, 2024, in Spring Hill, Florida. Mary was born on July 19^th, 1951, to George and Virginia Lessard. Mary was employed as a state employee in both South Carolina and Montana. Mary lived in many different states across the country – but loved returning home to the Chasm every summer. She enjoyed doing crafts including cross-stitching, crocheting, and making things for others. 

Survivors include her daughter, Ryan (Patrick) Brown, sister, Linda (Jerry) DesGroseilliers, brothers, Daniel (Teri) Lessard, David (Lois) Lessard, and Donald Lessard, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her father, George Lessard, her mother, Virginia Thompson Lessard, and half-brother, Robert Lessard.

A memorial will be held in New York in the summer 2024.
