DONAHUE, MICHAEL BRUCE, died at the age of 65 in his home in Spring Hill, Florida.
Survived by his wife, Christine, daughter, Kelly, sister, Kathleen, nieces and nephews, and his four-legged friend, Trixie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Florence, and brother, John.
He was born in Elmhurst, Illinois, and was a long-time resident of Minneapolis, MN. He served in the Army at Fort Knox in the early 1970s. He retired from Mesaba Airlines, where he had worked as Chief Engineer. He was an avid model train enthusiast and was also a dog lover, having had several dogs throughout his life.
Mike had a quirky, very "dad-like" sense of humor that included a tendency to find a joke and stick with it (sometimes for years).
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be sent to the American Heart Association.
