Salvatore Peter Amico

AMICO, SALVATORE PETER 86, of Spring Hill, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was an Army veteran and retired regional cargo manager for Japan Airlines. He was amember of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and was an excellent handyman, able to do construction and home improvements. Sal is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Matilda; daughters, Christine McNamara, Paula Cole; son, Nicholas Amico; grandchildren, Ruben Belcher, Stacy Belcher, Kimberly McNamara, Jim McNamara, Hailey Amico; great grandchildren, Hadley Grace McNamara and Lena Morgan Belcher. Visitation will be at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, Monday, March 31,2014 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM followed by a funeral mass at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 11:00AM with Father Henry Hemmerling officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery.
