Sharon Louise Flannery Finn, born on March 18, 1950, in Morehead, Kentucky, passed away on November 9, 2024. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald G. Finn; her parents, Woodrow and Ruth Flannery; her sister, Annetta Rose Forman; her brothers, Lonnie, James (Jim), and William (Sonny) Flannery; as well as her nephew, George DeHart, and nieces, Denise and Suzi Forman.
Sharon is survived by her loving siblings, Mary Sue DeHart (Cobern), Patricia Ruth Phillips, Sherlene Madden (John), Johnny Flannery (Delores), and Gary Flannery (Holly), along with many cherished nieces and nephews.
The Flannery family moved to Tampa, Florida, in 1959, where Sharon graduated from King High School in 1968. She later earned an Associates Degree in Science from PHCC in 1977 and worked as a bookkeeper until multiple sclerosis (MS) prevented her from continuing her career. Sharon had a passion for sports, particularly as a left-handed pitcher in a slow-pitch softball league during her younger years. Known for her humor and positivity, her favorite saying was "Positive Mental Attitude." Her unwavering faith in God helped her navigate the challenges of living with MS. May Sharon rest in peace, free from pain.
