Known to all her loved ones as Estela. Always proud of her heritage, born in the Dominican Republic. She met her husband Juan Francisco Nina, came to the United States and settled in Brooklyn, New York.
She enjoyed keeping in touch with all her family. She loved her plants, sewing, cooking, traveling, and playing her lotto. Estela was always caring and thoughtful. Generous with whatever she had. She loved being a Mom and made sure everyday her children remained kind and caring people.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Miguel and Consuelo Zaiter, her husband, Juan Francisco Nina, her sister Mercedes Ruiz and her husband Modesto.
She is survived by her children, Miguel Nina (Janette), Rosa Nina-Schroeder (Richard) and Jose Nina. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
