Christine M. Lorandini

Christine M. Lorandini, 76, of Timber Pines, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. She was a native of Warwick, New York and a resident of this area for the past 19 years, coming from Melville, L.I., NY. Christine worked as a homemaker taking care of those she loved, she was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, a member of the prayer group, she was involved with the bocce ball, canasta club, bingo, club and the ceramic club. She is survived by her husband, George; one son, Eric Lorandini of Garden City, NY; two daughters, Carol Gurney of Saratoga Springs, NY, Barbara Selvaggio of Apex, NC; three brothers, Jacob Wesolowski of Pine Island, NY, Casmir Wesolowski of Middletown, NY, Richard Wesolowski of Pine Island, NY; and seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Dianne. Friends may call at Pinecrest Funeral Chapel, Mariner Blvd, Monday, November 12, 2012 from, 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM, with a wake service taking place at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 13, 2012, with Father Bruce King as Celebrant. Interment will take place at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY, 10:30 am, Thursday, November 15, 2012.
